Delivery and Returns Information


UK Deliveries

We use standard tracked and signed for delivery. This should arrive within 3-5 days. Please make sure that someone is present to accept delivery.

International deliveries

We aim to deliver to most countries in the world and use standard delivery. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery. Please make sure that someone is present to accept delivery.

The postage price does not include any import duties or local taxes, for which the recipient is responsible.


We hope you won’t be dissatisfied with your artwork, but should the occasion arise please send returns to:

We advise that you return goods in their original packaging and state, using a recorded method of delivery and obtain a ‘proof of posting’ certificate from The Post Office or your carrier. 

This will cover you if the goods are lost in the post. Iona Stern will not be held responsible for any returns that do not reach us, and you will be charged for any lost items.
Please note we will only refund the postage and packaging charge for returns if the product is damaged, faulty, or does not match your order.

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 30 days after receipt. You will receive an email to confirm once the refund has taken place but it may take a few days to show on your bank statement.

Damaged goods

Any damage must be notified to Iona Stern at within 2 days of receipt. We ask that you return the goods to us straight away and upon receipt of the goods, we will arrange for the item to be exchanged or refunded. We will reimburse you the cost of returning the faulty or damaged goods and we will pay the cost of delivering any replacement to you.

Right to cancel

You must tell us you wish to cancel within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of notification in the UK and 21 days for overseas, with both goods and all packaging in their original condition; securely wrapped; including our delivery slip, at your own risk and cost.

After we have received the goods, we will credit your account with the full purchase price of the goods returned.
