We use MailChimp to send out details of forthcoming shows and new work. They store data via secure access in compliance with GDPR. The subscription list is managed by Iona Stern and updated regularly.

a. Procedures are in place to detect, report and investigate any threat to our on-line services and collected data via Owl & Giraffe Limited, our IT developer.
b. Should breached data include Customers data those Customers will be informed via email and we will take reasonable steps to minimise harm and secure Customer Personal Data.
c. Notification of or response to a data breach will not be construed as an acknowledgement of any fault or liability by Iona Stern.
